Day 1
Make Qdeemk Ndeemk Café your first stop. Located on the Corniche, opposite Fairmont Ajman, the menu features Emirati breakfast treats such as khameer flatbread with date syrup and balaleet (sweet vermicelli and egg omelet).
Next, drive around 30 kilometres east of Ajman city to the stud farm. Built in traditional Arabic style with beautiful gardens, here you’ll be able to see Arabian horses and saddle up for ride on a Spanish horse. The stud farm is also home to falcons, gazelles and wandering peacocks.
After your visit is done, make your way to Al Zorah Golf Club for sundowners and a light snack at Shakespeare and Co., which has floor to ceiling windows and an outdoor terrace overlooking the mangroves.
