This package of facilities includes the provision of amenities such as ramps and designated parking spaces for People of Determination (PoD). It also includes communicating with them through a specialized sign language staff member upon request for government services available in the department. Inclusion of People of Determination Requirements in Commercial License Issuance and Renewal The issuance of commercial licenses, especially in sectors that touch upon essential services and healthcare, is linked to the practice of activities or the provision of facilities directly concerning People of Determination. This includes offering the most important therapeutic programs and treatment plans required by PoD through the issuance of an approved license for the health or treatment center. Ensuring the Continuity of Essential Services This linkage ensures that companies will only be able to practice their business and pursue their economic interests in parallel with their commitment to providing or supporting essential activities for People of Determination. This creates a regulatory obligation instead of relying on voluntary support. Consolidating the Community Role of the Private Sector This framework contributes to incentivizing the private sector to develop specialized products and services, such as providing medicines, tools, health equipment, and all other necessities required by People of Determination.
